Terms & Conditions (T&C)

Effective Date: September 6, 2026

Applicability: These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases of B2B AI Consulting Packages, Strategy Sprints, and Architecture Master Plans from ForgeCore.

3.1 Service Models and Deliverables

ForgeCore offers managed B2B consulting packages delivered through specialized multi-agent AI simulation pipelines:

  • Express Strategy Sprint (€190 excl. VAT): 4 Domain Agents, 3 Debate Rounds, 1 hour expert review, branded PDF report and Effort vs. Impact matrix, 24–48h delivery.
  • Master Architecture & PRD Sprint (€590 excl. VAT): 6 Domain Agents, 5 Debate Rounds, 2–3 hours expert review, comprehensive PRD PDF, SOLID code snippets, and Mermaid architecture diagrams.
  • Enterprise Multi-Phase Studio (from €1,490 excl. VAT, custom quote): 10 custom agents, multi-phase simulation, dedicated advisory, multi-system blueprint PDF, and a 3–5 day SLA.

3.2 Quotation, Payment, and Refunds

  • Quotations: Services are initiated via a formal manual quotation. Quotes remain valid for the period specified (default 7 days).
  • Payment Terms: Accepted payment methods include Direct Bank Transfer (via Proforma Invoice) and PayPal.
  • Work Commencement: Simulation execution and expert review commence upon receipt of payment confirmation or manual bank-transfer approval by ForgeCore administration.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the custom, resource-intensive nature of AI compute cycles and manual expert review, services are non-refundable once simulation execution or pre-handling has begun.

3.3 Intellectual Property Rights

  • Client Ownership: Upon full payment of the agreed quoted fee, the Client receives exclusive, perpetual, worldwide ownership of the finalized Master Plan PDF, PRD specifications, and custom software code blueprints generated for their task.
  • ForgeCore Platform IP: ForgeCore retains all rights, title, and interest in its proprietary platform, underlying code, agent prompts, simulation architecture (ForgeCore Platform), and system workflows.

3.4 Public Gallery Showcase & Branding

  • Opt-in Publication: If the Client requests or approves showcase publication (is_gallery_published = true), ForgeCore is granted a non-exclusive license to feature the finalized case study in the public gallery.
  • Brand Benefits: Showcase entries feature the Client's company name, logo, and a direct website link for mutual SEO exposure. The Client may request removal from the public gallery at any time via written notice.

3.5 Limitation of Liability

  • ForgeCore provides architectural blueprints, strategic feasibility studies, and code snippets as professional advisory materials.
  • The Client assumes responsibility for final code review, security auditing, and deployment within their own production environments. ForgeCore shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from implementation decisions.

3.6 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary (European Union), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Hungarian courts.
